It was a mis communication they let's us keep it in the lot till we could get her started and drive her home.

The really showed that they cared about my car and even followed up afterwards.

Other shops never took the time to find the problem but kept guessing and giving us insanely high estimates. 0500 spent hours diagnosing the issue and they were able to repair it for a great price within a few days. Communication was amazing through the entire process. It runs great now!

I’ve taken 3 vehicles into 0500 and have been nothing but impressed. Chris is very straightforward on diagnoses and pricing. Most of all 0500 is extremely punctual! There’s no “we’ll get to it when we can” mentality like most places have. I know exactly when I’m gonna get my car back and if anything changes I get a call or text updating me.

I had a head light out. I called them ,although they were busy and I was not able to leave my car for the day. They said to bring it in. I settled back for a long wait, but before I knew it my car was done both headlights were replaced. I felt the price was fair for what needed to be done just to replace the lights. I would recommend them and of course I will be going to them the next time I need service.
