I have gone here for oil changes and have been absolutely impressed with the customer service and efficiency here! They have always had the oil change done very fast and very well. They also take the time to answer all of my questions that I have pertaining to other car issues. This being said they don't make me feel like I am being pushed into a trap and I'm grateful for that. They tell me their prices and how long it's going to take them, but at the end they say that it's my choice and to think about. Which speaks volumes to a customer that doesn't like to be pinned up against a wall and feel pressured to give the response the company is wanting. They don't make me feel like I'm a nuisance but that I am respected. Overall the best car experience I've had.

I got my shocks and struts replaced today. In and out in one day. Chris and 0500 did a great job as usual. I have taken my cars to Chris for 25 years. He’s the best!

I am extremely satisfied with these guys. My father used them for years prior to me giving them a shot, Andi happened to be up in Rexburg in a bit of a time crunch, and they got me in immediately, and had me up and running very fast. My truck now performs really efficiently, and I have the peace of mind that I didn’t get screwed over by some money hungry mechanic. Their prices are more than fair, and they didn’t once try to BS me into getting more repairs than necessary. I was very pleased. It’s hit and miss with mechanics; these guys are definitely extremely knowledgeable, but don’t try to boast that to your face. The mechanic diagnosed the problem and fixed it (replaced the faulty sensor) on the same day! The price was fair. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased!
