Their service was fast, friendly, and fair. I thought I would have major repair needed on my truck. But it turned out to be just a loose clamp. So pleased with their work! Thank you for your honest and fair service.

As usual the team was quick and competent. I was in on time and the work was done quicker than expected. And the cost was in line with any other place in town or the surrounding area.

As always the service was great. The shop was good to work with.

We were coming home from Yellowstone ( we live in Utah) 500 feet before the last Rexburg exit going south we heard a funny noise and decided to pull off the freeway. open the hood and antifreeze was sprayed all over the inside of the engine compartment. I happened to know Reed Call at Call Sinclair and called him for help. As he was not a repair shop he recommended 0500 and we took his advice and went there. It was 2 in the afternoon and we needed a new water pump, thermostat and belt. This for a 2000 diesel Excursion. They were able to find the parts and get them delivered within 20 minutes. I had my daughter's family and her 4 children with me. The mechanic suggested we could wait or maybe go see a movie. Because their waiting room wouldn't hold all of us we decided to go to a movie and to go eat. 0500 loaned us a car big enough to hold all 8 of us and gave us directions to the restaurant we wanted to go to and the movie theater we had chosen. After lunch and a movie we were going to go to the park to wait but it started to rain so we decided to go back to the mechanic shop. Just as we turned to go there we go a call that the car was done. I had an early morning international flight for business early the next morning and I was sure I would miss it because I thought that we would have to stay overnight, but the got the car fixed quickly and at a price that was less than what my mechanic in Utah would have charged me. They truly saved our day. Thanks seems like such an inadequate word under the circumstances, but THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Relatively affordable, quick service. Offered a cheap, simple, and effective solution when the more complete one was hardly worth the price of the car.

Really went above and beyond to help us out when we were in a pickle! We were in Rexburg to watch the Great American Eclipse with some friends, and when we were about to head home to Salt Lake City, our car started having issues. We pulled off main street onto 5th West and looked for a nearby mechanics shop. We called and had our car towed to the nearby 0500 Mechanics at 4:15 p.m. They were swamped from all the people in town from the eclipse and were to close in under 2 hours. However, Chris was kind enough to get our car looked immediately. They quickly determined it was the alternator, and found a new one in town. Their tech worked hard and got it switched out before they closed at 6:00 p.m.! I can't say enough praise for how helpful and considerate they were. Our car ran perfectly all the way home to Salt Lake and hasn't had any issues since. We very much appreciate their getting us in and out so quickly when they were so busy and easily could have said it would take a few days. Again, they went well above and beyond our expectations!
