Not only did they fix the issue I asked them to, they located and fixed an issue that has eluded other mechanics for two years. Pricing on my original issue/appointment was fantastic...it cost a fraction of what I expected. They were recommended to me and I've already recommended them to others.

This mechanics shop is amazing. The front desk helped me out with a lot of things from scheduling to ordering tires and getting approved for the credit card to help for the tires. She looked up tires for me and even looked up a couple recalls that were on my car! The mechanics were just as amazing they fit me in their schedule and worked fast. They told and showed me what was wrong with the tires on my car. They even gave me a car to run errands in while the put the tires on and balanced them! This place was awesome I will be coming here from now on.

These guys are good people. I had an annoyance with a A/C repair they made (nothing to do with the actual repair they made or the quality of workmanship).They handled my problems very professionally. I got to speak with the mechanic, which helped me out with understanding the issues that I had in the first place. They even insisted that they still knock down the price down a bit, even though they didn't need to. Overall with my experience with them was very positive at this point. Being from out of town I was worried taking my car to a place I didn't have any experience with, but the next time I am in Rexburg and my car breaks down they will be the first place I go.

I love these guys! I've taken my car to several different places in Rexburg and keep coming back to 0500 for their quality mechanics, customer service, and prompt repairs. I've never had to leave my car their for more than a day - usually they get it back to me within a few hours. I trust that they are doing quality work, and have enjoyed interacting with their friendly employees. Because I don't always know what is going on with my car, or what repairs need to be made I trust that this company isn't taking advantage of my limited knowledge, and they always do a great job of explaining everything that they did. Go here, and have a quality mechanic experience!

Was on a trip from Utah to Canada when Trailblazer refused to start. They had me on the road again in less than 3 hours.

They are always very helpful in allowing me to understand what repairs I really need and which are most urgent or necessary. I am a single college student and my budget is tight. I have been so grateful to have their help in planning along with me to figure out what is best for the car and my overall budget. I love that they email or text you the diagnostic results after they run a test as well. It helps me know they are being honest with me about what the vehicle really needs.
