My family and I were visiting Rexburg over the Christmas holiday 2015, and we got great winter weather. However, my California car wasn't ready for the cold, and the antifreeze froze when it hit -14!It was Friday, Christmas Day, and we were planning to leave for home the next Tuesday. Looked iffy. I felt to try 0500 Mechanics on Saturday, the 26th, even though they're closed on Saturdays like most garages in Rexburg. Fortunately, one of their mechanics was there on his own time working on a truck, and he was glad to speak with me and said they could take me first thing Monday morning. The other places we called couldn't fit us in.AJ at the service desk and his mechanic carefully worked over the diagnostics and called me several times to keep me informed as they worked over finding the source of the leaks caused by the freezing damage. By Tuesday afternoon, they had it all fixed and we made it back to San Diego with no problems.So thankful for excellent work!

I really appreciate that you kept calling me with updates so we could make decisions together. Most of all I appreciate that you had the expertise and got it figured out and fixed!
