My driver's side windshield wiper was loose and not working. We brought it in and they replaced our wiper arm for just the cost of the part! They were done half an hour earlier than I thought they were and were really nice about it. Only reason it isn't all five stars is because they said what they did "should" fix the problem...they didn't bother to check to see if it actually worked before giving us our car back. Good thing it did, but still would be nice to actually KNOW if they fixed my problem before letting me drive away.
