The service was good in that they told me how to diagnose my problem myself with it being intermittent. This saved my some money from the get go. I also liked how Chris scheduled shop time for my car in a timely manner. I had two issues and both were completed by the next day. The only drawback was the markup of the parts. When asked about this the reply I got was “I give a 3 year parts and labor warranty and if you did it you would only have a 1 year warranty on the part.” That is an acceptable response for parts that only have a 1 year warranty but not on a part with a lifetime warranty.

I went to 0500 without an appointment. I received prompt and knowledgeable customer service. They got my car in and fixed in a matter of hours. I would definitely use them again.

Judy's air conditioning is working now. So needed even in Rexburg, this year. I'm bringing my van in next...for the same "operation." I don't need my heater now, either...Tony
