Zero 500 did a great job for us! Not only were their repairs and service of the highest quality; but Chris went "beyond the call of duty" in his attitude with me. Whether by telephone or in person, Chris was friendly, courteous, respectful, patient, understanding, compassionate and optimistic. I was very frustrated the day my car broke down, and had to call Chris at least 3-4 times that day, and several times the next day. Never once did Chris act irritated, impatient or too busy to answer my questions. Chris has earned my trust and my business from now on. He was the most patient, kind and helpful repairman of any I talked with. (And I called at least 3 different mechanics the day my car broke down.)

I've been using you guys for years. I know you guys do good work. This time I felt like maybe I could have done without the recommended service, considering all the failed part was, was a sensor, that doesn't affect mpg or driveability or anything, just triggered a Check Engine light. It was more than I wanted to spend for no real improvement to my vehicle. Also, the coupons I get in the emails, expired like the week before the service. That was annoying. Try lengthening the expiration.
